Alator

Alator is a Celtic god worshipped in Britain. An image of the god from Barkway depicts him carrying a spear and shield, wearing a helmet; he may have been a war god, although his name may also indicate a caring or nourishing aspect.

He was sometimes identified by the Romans with their god Mars by way of the interpretatio romana.
